  • Hardware Identification Numbers: Specifically, your Hard Drive Serial Number and/or Volume Serial Number.
  • License Information: Your purchased Registration Key and activation status.

2. Why We Collect This Information

We collect these hardware identifiers for the sole purpose of License Management. This data allows our servers to:

  • Verify that your software is genuine.
  • Ensure that your license key is being used in accordance with our terms (e.g., preventing one key from being used on more machines than permitted).
  • Manage software updates and version control.

3. What We DO NOT Collect (Zero-Cloud Policy)

Unlike cloud-based SMS providers, we do not have access to your marketing data. The following information never leaves your computer and is never sent to our servers:

  • Customer Lists: Your CSV and Excel files, including customer names and phone numbers, remain stored locally on your machine.
  • SMS Content: The text of your marketing campaigns and templates is processed entirely between your PC and your USB hardware.
  • Incoming Messages: Any SMS messages received or forwarded by the software are handled locally.
  • Activity Logs: Your campaign history and “Sent” statuses are stored only on your local hard drive.

4. Data Security

The limited hardware serial numbers we store are kept on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry-standard protocols to ensure that this metadata is protected from unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your hardware identifiers to outside parties. This information is used strictly for internal licensing and product support.

6. Data Retention

Hardware identifiers are stored for as long as your license remains active. If you wish to have your hardware ID removed from our activation server, you may contact us, though this will result in the deactivation of your software.
